All Pantone Coated colors are available, custom-mixed in our lab for 90% tone precision (due to tickness) and visual harmony.
For those seeking extra distinction, we also offer special effects such as our signature DuoColor effect – where the sidewalls and the top surface are printed in contrasting tones, creating a striking two-tone 3D appearance that catches both light and attention.

Because our 3D silicone transfers are produced using screen printing technology and built layer by layer, we can achieve fine details with line thicknesses above 0.6 mm while maintaining excellent precision and durability.
One of the main advantages of our raised silicone heat transfers is the flexibility in the height of the 3D effect. Depending on the desired appearance, the silicone thickness can range from approximately 0.3 mm (300 microns) up to 1.1 mm (1100 microns).
3D Silicone Transfers are one of the flagship products of Megaprint Transfers and are fully produced in Bulgaria using professional screen printing technology.
All 3D Silicone Transfers are fully produced in our factory in Bulgaria, together with all other transfer printing technologies offered by Megaprint Transfers.
Because the entire production process is handled internally, our standard production time is usually around 5-6 working days, depending on the current workload and project complexity.
For shipping, we mainly work with DHL Express, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 working days worldwide.
This allows most 3D silicone transfer projects to be completed and delivered within approximately 7-8 working days after final artwork confirmation.
3D Raised Silicone Heat Transfers are suitable for sportswear, workwear, fashion brands, caps, hoodies, and premium apparel collections where a modern and highly dimensional branding effect is required.
For highly elastic or technically demanding fabrics, we always recommend testing the transfers before full production. Megaprint Transfers offers a free sample pack with existing transfer samples so customers can evaluate the appearance, flexibility, and application on their specific materials before placing an order.
Though our 3D Silicone Transfers are mostly suitable for single-color designs, we can also offer multicolor silicone transfers with a common outline/base shape, as well as our DuoColor effect where the top surface is one color and the walls/sides are produced in another contrasting color.
This effect adds an extra premium and highly dimensional appearance to the logo and makes the branding even more distinctive on sportswear, workwear, fashion, and premium apparel.
Fully complex multicolor 3D Silicone Transfers with independently raised colors are coming soon and are expected to be available after August 2026 with our new production equipment.
