Together we discuss your requirements of the print. What will be the quantity, what kind of apparel will be printed, the number of the colors, sizes and anything that we need to build the best final offer.
DESIGN DEPARTMENT
The design department prepares your custom transfer for printing. They make the separation of every single color of your design, set the colors and the best sheet format
until they finally deliver the film stencils for the screens to the next department.
COLORS AND SCREENS
After the films are ready, it comes the time for preparing the correct screens for the screen printing machines. They also mix the colors until a 100% accuracy of the required Pantone is achieved.
SCREEN PRINT DEPARTMENT
Our high qualified screen printers make everything to bring the best possible transfer. With a special attention to every custom order, they always do their job with a passion and responsibility.
The whole process is accompanied by the quality control stuff who looks after some possible mistakes through the printing.
QUALITY CONTROL AND PACKING
Here is the last part before sending the order. The quality control department makes final checking of the transfers and tests the ready transfers.
All orders are packed in a bag sealed with a sticker with instructions of application.

The whole production process is connected to a custom software system, which helps every department with the production and keeps everyone in touch with the specific client requirements.
Every order is archived with the full information about colors, formats, additional note and etc.
This makes us sure that we will produce exactly the same transfer as before, if a reprint is needed.
